ALKU'S 2025 BUDGET INCREASES BY 48% TO 1.65 BILLION TL

Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKU) continues its rapid growth and development, reflected in a significant increase in its allocated budget. The 2025 Central Government Budget Law, which came into effect on January 1, 2025, through its publication in the Official newspaper, sets ALKU’s 2025 budget at 1,657,124,000 TL, marking a 48% increase compared to 2024.

ALKU Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan Ahmet Türkdoğan highlighted the university's ongoing expansion and the importance of the budget increase. He emphasized that this financial boost will significantly support ALKU’s mission of contributing to Alanya, the tourism capital of Turkey, through innovative scientific projects and academic initiatives.

"We are committed to making the most of scientific advancements to benefit our city. With new faculties, departments, and programs, ALKU will continue to grow at an accelerated pace. Our ongoing projects at the Cikcilli Campus will soon transform the area into a hub for science and academia. Additionally, we strive to provide students with the best education using cutting-edge technology. Thanks to the continued support of our generous benefactors, ALKU is on its way to becoming one of the strongest educational institutions in the region. We sincerely appreciate the support of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, our esteemed former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Antalya MP, Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, the Presidential Strategy and Budget Office, and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
